Delayed, or missing baggage
We apologize for the mishandling of your baggage, we understand that this may cause inconvenience, please be assured that we will do everything possible to assist you through this experience.
In the unlikely event that your baggage is missing, damaged or delayed, please file a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) upon arrival at your destination.
Pay a visit to the “Baggage Claim” or “Lost Luggage” desk in the arrival area, where we can help you fill out a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) straight away.
ATTENTION: If the checked baggage does not arrive on the flight carrying its owner, and the passenger does not make a report upon arrival, FlyOne will disclaim liability.
FlyOne will be in charge for all reported baggage irregularities.
In order to help us to provide operative problems solutions, we kindly ask you mandatory to send us via e-mail on the address [email protected], the following data:
- Your name and permanent address
- Telephone number
- Flight number and date of your trip
- Ticket number
- A double -sided scanned tag or the original tag of the double sided baggage tag and the baggage receipt
- Pictures which show the damage clearly visible.*
*Valid in case of damaged bags.
If the checked baggage does not arrive with the passenger to whom it belongs , after fulfilling Property Irregularity Report (PIR), in accordance with the provisions of the Montreal Convention, FlyOne is responsible for searching during 45 days, after FlyOne announce loss statement .
FlyOne will claim liability for compensation in case of damage or loss of luggage, in accordance with national legislation and international agreements.
